Flash Tip: Getting the whole text of a RichTextBox instance

This is a flash-like post. I have seen too many people on my work ask: how do I get the whole text of a RichTextBox?
The RichTextBox control is too black-boxed due to its complex implementation. The post http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms754041.aspx of Microsoft explains clearly show how to do so.
